What types of waste do you remove?
We remove most household and general property waste, including: bagged rubbish, bulky items, furniture, garden waste, and renovation/DIY waste. If you’re unsure, send a photo and we’ll confirm.

Do you do house clearances and landlord clear-outs?
Yes — we do end-of-tenancy clear-outs, partial house clearances, shed/garage clearances, and “left-behind items” removal for landlords and homeowners.

Can you remove waste from inside the property?
Yes. We can collect from inside, back gardens, garages, sheds, or side access (where possible). Just tell us where it is and if there are any access issues.

How do I get a quote?
Send us photos, your postcode, and a quick description of what needs removing. We’ll quote based on volume and type of waste.

Do you offer same-day or next-day collections?
Sometimes, depending on availability. Message us and we’ll tell you the soonest slot we can do.

Do you take single items as well as full loads?
Yes — from one bulky item to full van loads.

What happens to the waste after collection?
We dispose of waste responsibly through approved channels. We also aim to reuse and recycle where possible.

Are you licensed?
Yes — we hold a full upper tier waste carrier licence, so your waste is handled legally and correctly.

Do I need to bag everything up?
Not always. Bagging helps for loose waste, but we can advise based on what you’ve got. Photos are the fastest way to confirm.

Will you leave the area tidy?
Yes — we always aim to leave the space clean and presentable once the waste is removed.

What can’t you take?
Some items need specialist disposal (for example certain hazardous materials). Send a photo and we’ll advise what’s possible and the best option.
